SSM – Coordination of temporary and mobile construction sites (in accordance with HG 300/2006)

• Elaboration of the Health and Safety Plan for each construction site of the company to be opened on the territory of Romania, in accordance with art. 17-19 of HG 300/2006;
• Preparation of the preliminary declaration and communication to the territorial labor inspectorate within whose radius the construction site is located;
• Opening and completing the coordination register in accordance with art. 36-37 of HG 300/2006;
• Presentation of the coordination register upon request, to the project manager and labor inspectors;
• Proposal of duties and responsibilities in the field of Safety and Health at Work, which fall to subcontractors, corresponding to the works they perform on site;
• Verification of the knowledge and application by all subcontractors of the measures included in the Safety and Health Plan of the construction site;
• Completing the file of subsequent interventions required by the new works;
• Participation in the meetings/sessions organized by the Beneficiary;
• Establishing, in collaboration with the Beneficiary, the general health security measures applicable to the construction site;
• Approval of own health and safety plans developed by contractors/subcontractors and their modifications;
• Harmonization of the own safety and health plans of all contractors and subcontractors, who simultaneously carry out work on the construction site;
• Carrying out, with regularity, controls on the construction site in order to verify compliance with security measures, informing the beneficiary about non-conformities;
• Coordination of their activities, regarding the protection of workers, prevention of accidents and occupational risks that may affect the health of workers;
• Establishing the rules regarding the use of the means of collective protection, the installations for lifting loads and the access to the construction site;
