Robosto offers specialized consulting on occupational health and safety issues in accordance with the methodological rules for applying the provisions of the occupational health and safety law No. 319/2006
The preparation of the file with documentation requires:
- Specific instructions on safety and health at work for each job/activity carried out;
- Specific instructions regarding the safe use of work equipment;
- Elaboration of themes for all phases of training, establishing the appropriate periodicity for each job;
- Preparation of Occupational Health Safety Instructions regarding the periodicity of the training;
- Preparation of the job description including the attributions and responsibilities in the field of Occupational Health Security for the workers, corresponding to the functions performed;
- Preparation of authority documents (decisions);
- Drafting the normative framework for granting PPE by identifying the individual protective equipment required for the workplaces within the company in accordance with HG 1048/2006;
- Evidence of jobs that require additional medical examinations;
- Evidence of trades and professions for which authorization to exercise them is necessary;
- Evidence of high-risk areas (where applicable);
- Preparing and updating the Prevention and Protection Plan;
The price of the file is included in the value of the contract!
Monthly assistance
- Effective participation in the verification of the acquisition and application of the measures proposed in the prevention plan;
- Ensuring information and training of workers in the field of OSH for all categories of personnel;
- Verification of knowledge and application by all workers of Occupational Health and Safety measures
- Evidence of high and specific risk areas and the establishment of areas that require security and/or health signage in accordance with HG 971/2006
- Carrying out an initial audit regarding the evaluation of the company from the point of view of safety and health at work;
- Informing the employer about the deficiencies found;
- Ensuring the establishment of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee at the company level (as the case may be), drawing up the CSSM documentation, participating in the CSSM meetings, reporting to the ITM the activity of the CSSM according to HG 1425/2006;
- The participation of a representative of the external service during the controls carried out by the authorities;
- Drafting the answers regarding the measures imposed by the authorities following the controls carried out and following up on the implementation of the measures ordered by the labor inspectors;
- Preparation of records in the field of OSH in accordance with the legislation in force.
